If you live within a Residential Parking District, you may obtain a residential parking permit/decal.

Using the Parking Portal:

1. If you do not have a guest account, Sign Up now. You must have a guest account in order to request a Residential Permit.

2. If you have already have a guest account, Click Here or on the Residential Permit Requests button located under the Permits section on the Parking Portal home page.

3. If you have received an email indicating that your application has been approved, Click Here to purchase your permit. You can also use the Get Permits button located under the Permits section on the Parking Portal home page.

Please note that all unpaid parking citations must be paid in full before a new parking permit is issued.
